The first time I met Anne-Marie she instilled confidence in me. I could see she had an eye for detail and was never without a smile – two key ingredients anyone I want to work with must posses. My VA requirements are very spasmodic and therefore Anne-Marie never knows when I am going to hit her with an urgent requirement, which happens from time to time. She always seems to be able to pull the rabbit out of the hat and get the work done in quick order, despite all of her more regular commitments.
For example we have been undertaking a marketing campaign to some NHS Trusts and we need to get some urgent responses off to some enquires which we were not able to do, so I sent an email with a load of instructions late one night and Anne-Marie managed to complete all the actions without reference back to me in a very quick turnaround. She is also faced from time to time with getting topical / time sensitive blogs up and running to meet the responses required by such events.
Overall I have found Anne-Marie to be very knowledgeable, particularly around social media, and able to complete tasks without much supervision or input.
