Do you control your to do list or does it control you? I have 20 tips for showing your list who’s boss and part three is below:

Tip 11 – Jobs you hate
If there are no urgent jobs then prioritise the jobs you hate, get them over and done with otherwise you will never get around to them.
Tip 12 – Make contact early
Make any phone calls or send emails early in the day that way there is more chance of them being ticked off your list by “home time”.
Tip 13 – Bite size tasks
Breaks tasks down into bite size chunks. Instead of writing ‘arrange committee meeting’ try ‘email members’, ‘send agenda’ or ‘order refreshments’, makes a big tasks more manageable.
Tip 14 – Motivation
Use your list as motivation, aim to carry over as few tasks as possible to the next day. Don’t let tasks fester until you are sick of them!
Tip 15 – Weekly Review
Review your list weekly as you might find you are not using your time effectively. It’s a personal and professional barometer.
